Aleksandar Čabrilo
CEO
Aleksandar is a co-founder and the CEO of HTEC Group, leading the company from its inception in 2008 to its international expansion. An entrepreneur by passion, he is responsible for driving the company’s vision and growth. After graduating with a degree in electrical engineering from the University of Belgrade, he started his career at the semiconductor startup Silicon Hive. When Silicon Hive was acquired by Intel, Aleksandar formed its R&D center in Serbia, which became a part of Intel’s mobile group. Nowadays, Aleksandar is living and working in San Francisco, where HTEC is headquartered and where he manages our client relationships globally. Business digitalization, corporate innovation and venture acceleration are his specialties. Additionally, he makes sure that the technology excellence of HTEC meets relevant industry domain expertise to create the disrupting digital products that support innovative business models. He is an active member at YPO Global One Chapter and also a member of the Association for Corporate Growth – ACG Silicon Valley.
Dušan Kosić
President
Dušan is a co-founder and the President at HTEC Group. He is responsible for the company’s corporate organization and development, while also spearheading its M&A activities. Before joining HTEC as a partner in 2010, Dušan was a Foreign Direct Investment Advisor at SIEPA (Serbian Investment and Export Promotion Agency) and a fund manager at the Innovation Fund in Serbia. Dušan graduated from Saint John’s University in Minnesota, where he became a member of the Board of Trustees in 2017, making him the youngest board member in the university’s more than 160 year history. Dušan holds an EMBA from Cotrugli Business School and he has invested in several technology startups. As a leader, he is a true believer in people’s capacity to grow and his main objective is to create an environment that allows each individual in the organization to develop their full potential.
Miroslav Virijević
CFO
Miroslav is the Director of Finance at HTEC Group. He’s responsible for M&A activities, corporate finance, investor relations, planning, analytics and reporting. Before joining HTEC, Miroslav spent 12 years in investment banking and was a partner at Kvantum Capital Partners, prior to founding the independent M&A and corporate finance advisory boutique Temcour Advisory. He participated in more than 50 M&A deals during that period and was actively involved in almost all consolidation activities in the SEE, including IT, pharma, retail, healthcare, telecommunication and more. Miroslav has extensive experience in deal prospecting and origination, deal structuring and execution as well as post acquisition integration. Miroslav is a graduate of Mechanical Engineering at the University of Belgrade.
Nathan Elsberry
CRO
Nathan is the Chief Revenue Officer at HTEC Group. He is responsible for all revenue-generating activities across the organization, as well as connecting revenue-related functions from marketing to sales, customer success, pricing, and revenue operations. Nathan started his career serving in the US Navy. Once honorably discharged, he continued his education in Wireless Engineering at Auburn University. His technology consulting career began on the delivery side at Capgemini, transitioned into sales with Infosys Consulting and overall sales management where he found his passion for revenue creation. Before joining HTEC, Nathan was North America Head of Sales for Thoughtworks. Nathan has a tireless focus on process execution and leads his teams towards success by having them focus on doing their jobs each day, rather than achieving specific results; if we do our jobs, the results will come.
Darko Todorović
VP of Engineering & Delivery
Darko is the VP of Engineering and Delivery at HTEC Group. He oversees delivery and is responsible for lead conversion, customer onboarding and tech excellence. Before taking on this role, Darko was the group’s head of R&D and the leader of HTEC’s development center in Nis. Darko has a special interest in the application of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning and Data Science in business digitalization, improving organizational and business process efficiency across industries with a deep specialization in IoT and Robotics. Currently, he is working on his PhD dissertation in Human-Robot Interaction Anticipation with Application in Collaborative Robotics at the University of Nis, where he teaches in the department of Control Systems and also leads the Robotics Laboratory.
Srđan Jovanović
VP of People
Srđan is the VP of People at HTEC. He is responsible for the recruitment, organic growth and new offices expansion, as well as the HTEC experience. Before this role, Srđan was the Head of Hardware and Embedded Engineering at the company, where he led research initiatives in Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence. Before joining HTEC in 2012, Srđan was responsible for R&D at the German company LMB Soft, producing high-end medical electronics for global markets. As a true philanthropist, he has contributed to younger generations through the electronics course he managed at the Petnica Science Center, where he’s educated gifted children from 1999. He is proficient in complex DSP algorithms, custom electronics engineering, embedded systems design, software architecture, and various compliance and certifications standards – the expertise he applied in leading the MedTech startup Humeds, as the CTO.
Katarina Urošević
Chief of Staff
Katarina is the Chief of Staff and Director of Communications at HTEC Group. Besides ensuring the company’s smooth operations, Katarina is in charge of managing our account portfolio and leading a number of horizontal initiatives across departments. She joined HTEC with 13 years of experience in science, technology and innovation policy and managing development projects within international organizations. While in the government, as the science advisor to the Deputy Prime Minister, Katarina worked on research sector reforms, developing research infrastructure, securing international financing and establishing the first financing instruments for innovative start-ups and business-academia collaboration. She also worked for the OECD in Paris as a policy analyst and project manager in South East Europe and was a consultant for the World Bank for almost five years, for projects in the Balkans and Sri Lanka. She is passionate about bringing out the incredible potential of Serbia and its people, which is why she returned to the country after completing her BA in Physics at Princeton University.
Vladimir Trbović
VP of Technology
Vladimir leads our Technology Excellence Team. He is responsible for technology sophistication and standards at HTEC, as well as career path development for engineers. Together with his team, he oversees technology implementation across our customer portfolio and provides technical support for business development. Previously, Vladimir was the Head of Software Engineering, where he led multiple teams across cloud technologies, data science and Artificial Intelligence. He is an expert in complex enterprise solutions, multi-platform, high bandwidth and big data systems, data optimization and analysis and system scalability. He leverages his cross-industry experience to deliver large scale transformational products in areas such as multimedia, networking, utility, payments, social media, productivity and logistics. He believes in agile development, adaptive planning and continuous improvement with flexibility in response to continuous change.

Director of Legal
Bojana is an attorney-at-law who leads HTEC legal department and is responsible for the legal governance of the entire HTEC Group. She manages the provision of all legal services within HTEC Group to ensure maximum protection of its legal rights, as well as ensuring that all legal matters are managed properly and efficiently. Prior to starting cooperation with HTEC, Bojana has gathered a wealth of experience within the framework of a large international law firm. She has extensive expertise in a broad range of fields of law, including commercial, corporate, M&A, insolvency, real estate and dispute resolution.
Carsten Wierwille
Global VP of Product & Design
Carsten is the Global VP of Product & Design at HTEC. He is responsible for the product management and design team, guiding clients to build digital products that delight users and create sustainable revenue. Carsten has led teams on all five continents for over 25 years. Prior to HTEC, he was the CEO for ustwo studios, successfully transitioning a founder-led and founder-owned company to employee ownership. Carsten has held leadership positions in many admired design and technology services organizations, including Frog, GlobalLogic, Method, R/GA, and Accenture. He collaborated with leading brands to launch groundbreaking digital experiences, such as Apple, BMW, Disney, GE, Google, McDonald’s, Nike, and Peloton. Carsten champions enhancing human experiences through innovative design and technology. He dedicates himself to empowering individuals and teams, enabling them to excel in work that aligns with this vision.

Mark F. Dziagla
Managing Partner, Brighton Park Capital
Mark F. Dzialga is the Founder and Managing Partner of Brighton Park Capital and is a member of the Investment Committee. Prior to starting Brighton Park Capital, Mark was a Managing Director at General Atlantic for more than 20 years and had been a member of the firm’s Executive Committee, Portfolio Committee, and Human Resources Committee through September of 2018. He played a key role in helping GA invest in companies in a wide variety of end markets, including software, internet, health care, financial services, and consumer goods. Mark has been a member of HTEC’s board of directors since 2021 and has an important role in helping the company execute its global ambitions. He has a degree in accounting from Canisius College and an MBA from the Columbia University Graduate School of Business.
Kevin Magan
Partner, Brighton Park Capital
Kevin Magan is a Partner at Brighton Park Capital. Prior to joining BPC in 2019, Kevin was a Vice President at Great Hill Partners, a growth-stage private equity firm focused in the technology space. While at Great Hill, Kevin was involved in multiple investments across software, internet, and business services, including Custom Ink, TodayTix, IntApp, and Bombas. Kevin began his career in the Technology, Media, and Telecommunications (TMT) group at Barclays. He has been a member of HTEC’s board of directors since 2021, supporting HTEC’s global goals and strategy. Kevin received an MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and graduated from Carnegie Mellon University with a BS in Finance.

Daniel is an active philanthropist, business and social entrepreneur, and a private investor. He founded or co-founded several successful businesses serving telecommunication firms, and also founded or helped transform a number of non-profit and non-governmental organizations in the US and overseas. Daniel’s public sector career included stints as a manager of an election campaign; an analyst with the US Department of Health, Education, and Welfare; a manager with the Institute of Medicine; a management consultant; a director of health planning for New York state and health policy specialist for the Governor of West Virginia. He received an undergraduate degree from Saint John’s University in Minnesota, and MBA and AM from Stanford University.
Peter Bisson
Board Member, Brighton Park Capital
Peter spent most of his career with McKinsey & Company. Over three decades, he has worked with Fortune 100 companies in a wide range of industries, including energy, telecommunications, media, and technology. His functional experience encompasses strategy, corporate finance, marketing, and business transformation. Peter holds an MBA from Harvard Business School, where he was a Baker Scholar and won the Ford Award for outstanding academic performance. He also received his BA from Dartmouth College. As a member of HTEC’s board of directors, Peter helps management build HTEC into a distinctive services company for a future tech ecosystem where even mission-critical software and algorithms are entrusted to reliable business partners with the skills to curate distinctive technical talent.

Michael Abbott is a member of the HTEC Advisory Board and serves as a senior advisor to the CEO of General Motors (GM), where he was most recently the Executive Vice President of Software and Services, overseeing a global team of nearly 20,000 technology engineers focusing on all aspects of GM’s business.
Before GM, Mike was the VP of Engineering for Apple Cloud Services, which included core infrastructure services and products like iCloud, account security, iMessage, Private Relay, and Mail. Mike was previously a General Partner with Kleiner Perkins, where he focused on investments in the firm’s digital practice, helping entrepreneurs in the social, mobile, and cloud computing sectors rapidly scale teams and ventures.
As an engineering leader, entrepreneur and investor, Mike has led the building of innovative, secure, high-performance applications and services at Twitter, Palm, and Microsoft.
Additionally, Mike serves on the board of USC Viterbi School of Engineering, on the UC Berkeley Engineering advisory board, and on the foundation board at California Polytechnic State University. He has been a visiting scholar at the Stanford Artificial Intelligence Lab (SAIL), where he performed technical research in computer vision, an adjunct Lecturer at Stanford Computer Science Department, and was a member of the HealthCare.gov Tech Surge Team while holding numerous board seats of both investments and companies he founded. Mike holds a bachelor’s degree from California Polytechnic State University and was a Ph.D. student at the University of Washington.

A member of the HTEC Advisory Board, Ron Guerrier is the CTO at Save the Children US, a four-time Fortune 500 Chief Information Officer, a CIO Hall of Fame inductee, and former CIO and secretary of the Illinois Department of Innovation and Technology. As a technology executive, board member, and advisor with experience across a wide range of organizations, including Equinix, Farmers Insurance, Express Scripts, HP, and Toyota Financial Services, Ron brings extensive industry knowledge and business strategy experience to HTEC and clients. In practice, Ron stresses the importance of trustworthiness, a strong business network, and honesty in fostering long-term partnerships and scaling businesses successfully.

In prior positions, Christopher was the Chief Digital and Strategy Officer at Trustmark – a health TPA, life, and stop-loss insurer, and a Partner at McKinsey, serving financial services clients on digital, data and analytics, operations, and strategy topics.
Christopher earned his bachelor’s degree in economics and psychology from Northwestern University and his MBA with distinction from Northwestern’s Kellogg School of Management. He also serves as an advisor and investor on multiple boards in the software, InsurTech, and ClimateTech sectors and serves on the Ravinia Festival Association board of trustees. Christopher lives in the Chicago suburbs with his wife and three daughters.

For over thirty years, Bill has led technology companies as a chief executive officer (CEO), advisor, and board director, delivering results that have amounted to billions of dollars in revenue and market capitalization. Currently serving as the head of strategy at xMentium, a pioneering artificial intelligence (AI) company, Bill spearheads initiatives that push the boundaries of AI.
An expert in mixed-signal integrated circuit (IC) development, open-source technology, and information technology, Bill has driven innovation in the semiconductor and electronic design automation market, with notable roles as a senior vice president, general manager, and corporate officer at firms such as Cadence and CTT. Also, as founding CEO of CollabNet, he is credited with building the first company to commercialize software development in the cloud. Bill is also a recipient of the prestigious Davos Technology Pioneer Award from the World Economic Forum for contributions to cloud computing, DevOps, and open-source technology. He is based in Los Altos, California.

Sasha Ostojić is a Venture Partner at Playground Global and a member of the HTEC Advisory Board. He actively invests in artificial intelligence (AI), next-gen computing, and robotics while assisting and advising portfolio companies on defining and executing technology and business strategies.
Sasha’s Silicon Valley career started in 1988 at IBM as an early pioneer in voice technology products, leading to the role of chief executive officer and founder at Ultimate Technology, Inc. He went on to grow his expertise in a series of high-profile senior executive roles at NVIDIA, Cruise (acquired by General Motors), and Zoox (acquired by Amazon). Sasha is chairman of the Anari AI board and holds board positions at Allison Transmission and d-Matrix. Additionally, he is an advisory board member at Zoox and the Serbian AI Institute. A patent holder and an innovator, Sasha organizes and leads various engineering leadership events and the acclaimed Robochat event series. With a unique blend of leadership and technology expertise, Sasha brings tremendous value to HTEC’s Advisory Board. In his spare time, this Palo Alto-based expert is an avid tennis and basketball player and enjoys spending time with his family.

George Brady

George Brady is a member of the HTEC Advisory Board and has spent most of his career leading technology transformations in finance, banking, and international banking sectors for Fortune 500 organizations. He has a proven track record of enhancing profitability, resiliency, and productivity by effectively aligning technology and business objectives.
With over 35 years of experience in financial services at companies like loanDepot, Capital One, Fidelity Investments, Goldman Sachs, and Morgan Stanley, George specializes in emerging technologies, banking/financial platforms, strategic planning, leadership development, cybersecurity, delivery, technology risk management, and process improvement.
George currently serves as chief information officer at loanDepot, one of the leading mortgage lenders in the United States. He oversees the company’s technology capabilities, with a specific focus on spearheading loanDepot’s technological innovation.
George is also highly accomplished in leading technology teams and driving a culture of technological excellence. Past experiences include leading a team of over 6000 and managing a budget of $1.25 billion for a $45 billion banking organization. He holds a bachelor’s degree in computer science from the State University of New York.

Tiger Tyagarajan is a member of the HTEC Advisory Board and has spent over 30 years as a C-suite leader driving digital and business transformation for global enterprises. He built and transformed a division of General Electric (GE) into Genpact. As president and CEO from 2011 to 2024, he grew Genpact to an enterprise of over 130,000 people and $4.5 billion in revenue. The organization operates in over 30 countries and works with 300 Fortune 500 companies.
Prior to Genpact, Tiger spent many years at the Unilever, Citibank, and GE in various roles spanning sales, global technology and operations, risk management, and business leadership. His rich background includes driving strategies for leveraging GenAI and other cloud technologies as well as data and analytics in large global corporations. He also serves as senior advisor to BCG, Brighton Park Capital, and several private equity and venture capital firms. His areas of specialty include digital technology, GenAI, AI/ML, and SaaS business investments.
Tiger has a degree in mechanical engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology in Mumbai, and a master’s degree in business administration from the Indian Institute of Management in Ahmedabad. He splits his time between London, New York, and Mumbai.

Tanmay is a technology leader with over 25 years of experience in digital transformation within the healthcare and life sciences sectors. He also has supply chain and commercial expertise in pharmaceuticals and biologics. Tanmay currently serves as senior VP of information technology at Cencora, where he oversees technology strategy, portfolio optimization, data analytics, and AI. His strategic focus centers around optimizing technology investments to transform customer experiences and unearth insights within vast data pools.
Prior to his tenure at Cencora, Tanmay was a key leader in global supply chain transformation at Johnson & Johnson, where he helped deliver award-winning digital products. He also led an integrated digital program for supply chain and commercial transformation across the Americas, Europe, and Asia Pacific.
Tanmay’s career also includes over 14 years at Deloitte Consulting USA, LLP. As a consulting leader of the life sciences industry, he developed large-scale transformation programs for prominent clients like Bayer Healthcare, Pfizer, Johnson & Johnson, Valeant Pharmaceuticals, Warner Chilcott, Dr. Reddy’s Lab, ZS Associates, and IMS Health.
Tanmay holds an MBA in finance and technology management from the Indian Institute of Management Calcutta and a Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology Kharagpur. He has also served on advisory councils at Drexel University’s LeBow College of Business.

In his 15-year-long engineering career, Marko has gained vast experience and expertise across various industries, with a strong focus on Media and Entertainment, as well as delivering hi-tech solutions for automotive and banking industries. From developing, designing, and specifying enterprise-wide, web-based business solutions to leading large teams and projects – Marko has checked every box in engineering and delivery processes. With a deep commitment to providing customers with premium end-to-end solutions, Marko is all about helping people grow, building trust, and ensuring the success of customers’ projects.
Bojan Šukalo
Senior Director, Engineering & Delivery
Bojan started his career as a networking engineer, and in the course of 15 years, he has built extensive expertise with a special focus on the telecommunications and green energy industries. From networking and security to project management, cloud integration, and designing IaaS/PaaS/SaaS offers for a major telecommunication provider, Bojan has always been committed to creating seamless and sustainable end-to-end solutions. As Director of Engineering and Delivery at HTEC, Bojan ensures our teams make the best use of their deep engineering expertise to consistently deliver innovative products that make a significant impact and bring lasting value to our customers.
Dino Selimbašić
Senior Director, Engineering & Delivery
Dino started his professional journey as a software engineer after obtaining a degree in computer software engineering. His analytical mind and strong team spirit earned him respect among teammates and the leadership in different software companies, where he accumulated knowledge ranging from engineering and leading teams to solution architecture work. Most recently, Dino served as a CTO of Mistral, assuming the role of Senior Director of Engineering and Delivery after Mistral’s acquisition by HTEC Group. These various roles enabled Dino to get an incredibly comprehensive skill set, both from a technology and a business perspective – deep tech and product development, system architecture and design, as well as delivery and customer relations management. All of which he integrates daily to help deliver premium products and services to our customers while building trusted partnerships.
Stefan Mršić
Senior Director, Engineering & Delivery
Stefan has been fascinated by computer science from a very early age. After obtaining a Master’s Degree in Software Engineering, he successfully climbed an engineer’s route from junior to senior, driven by a constant desire to solve complex engineering challenges. Stefan soon realized that the business aspect drew him in as much as technology, and pursuing that road has led him to his current role of Senior Director of Engineering and Delivery, managing end-to-end delivery and building strong partnerships with our customers. His expertise spans numerous industries, with a special focus on Health Tech & Logistics, expanding into Automotive in the last few years.
Tom Stallings
Global VP of Business Development
Tom brings nearly three decades of managing and leading teams on national and international levels. His experience includes leading sales strategy, business development, partnerships, marketing, and hands-on recruitment and training across various roles in the technology services, software, and consulting sectors. He approaches his responsibilities with a customer-centric perspective, ensuring that all HTEC functions and teams are aligned to deliver ultimate client satisfaction and business growth.
Milena Omerašević

As HTEC’s Head of Deal Conversion, Milena is responsible for co-designing and continuously improving the sales process. Shawn Torkelson
Vice President, Global Head of Marketing at HTEC Group
Shawn leads global marketing & external communications at HTEC Group with the aim of enhancing awareness of the HTEC brand and growing worldwide demand with enterprise clients. The marketing team’s functional responsibilities include brand strategy, marketing strategy & operations, content marketing, digital marketing, field marketing, employer branding, demand generation, visual communications, and public relations. Before joining HTEC, Shawn led marketing for KPMG in the Northeast U.S. and was responsible for creating the U.S. firm’s first national marketing launch plan for Generative AI solutions and services. Previously, he led marketing, sales, and channel development efforts at Essential (now PA Consulting), North Highland, and Stage7 Systems – a firm he co-founded. As a people leader, Shawn advocates leading as a player/coach to hire and inspire high-performing teams to focus on achieving their highest and best use in their professional lives as a means for conceptualizing and delivering creative multi-channel market-facing programs. In addition to his corporate responsibilities, Shawn has served on advisory boards and has mentored the founding teams of several technology startups. He is a founding member of the Boston chapter of CMO Collaborative, holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Concordia University in St. Paul, Minnesota, and a Master’s degree in International Business & Marketing from Harvard University in Cambridge, Massachusetts.

In his role of Director of Technology, Cloud & Infrastructure, Viktor is responsible for all of HTEC’s digital infrastructure as well as the infrastructure services we provide for our clients, making sure that our solutions are safe, reliable, efficient, and ahead of the curve with new and emerging technologies and industry practices. Furthermore, he defines the standards, guidelines, and practices for HTEC’s internal and external system administration, SecOps, DevOps, and Cloud operations and ensures their consistent implementation on an organization-wide level.
