Established in 2016, the Novi Sad office is one of HTEC’s largest development centers, hosting over 500 professionals. Well known for their love of nature, the Novi Sad team takes pride not just in its people’s expertise, but also in their efforts to make the city a better place.
Whether it’s cleaning up beaches, planting trees, or hiking on Fruska Gora – our Novi Sad team enjoys spending time with each other in nature.
In 2020, HTEC acquired one of the most impactful tech companies in Serbia, Execom – adding a group of extraordinarily talented individuals to our Novi Sad team.
There is one sentence you will never hear at HTEC: “Leave it be – it is not your job.” We see it this way instead – if you think something can be improved, go ahead and challenge the status quo!
HTEC’s Novi Sad office was built on this principle, and it created a peculiar culture of caring about things people tend to overlook when immersed in their day-to-day work.
