3-way career path
In our engineering and delivery department, employees can progress along three separate tracks: individual contributors, technology leadership, and engineering and delivery management.
Individual contributors path
This path offers advancement from intern to senior software engineering roles, as well as software and solution architecture roles — from associate to principal architects. In this path, engineers get to work with different cutting-edge technologies and can grow alongside subject matter experts from different industries — including transportation and automotive, health tech, retail, real estate, finance and insurance, green energy, media and entertainment, telco, and more.
Technology leadership path
For those who want to specialize in one or more technologies, this path offers progression from associate to senior technical leadership roles. These roles are crucial for defining technology strategies and securing the highest technological standards across the organization. This path offers outstanding growth potential, supported by the Tech Excellence Office, a dedicated team of senior technology experts of various specialties: AI, data, cloud and infrastructure, solutions architecture, quality management, SecOps, DevOps, and research and development.
Engineering and delivery management path
This path includes roles that are vital for the end-to-end management of client product delivery while ensuring that projects/programs are developed and implemented successfully, in line with HTEC’s standards and processes. Engineering and delivery management roles are also essential for building strong engineering teams. The roles range from engineering lead to manager to director, allowing employees to continuously grow both technical expertise and leadership skills.
