At HTEC, we understand that professional development is not a one-size-fits-all journey. That’s why we’re committed to providing diverse pathways for growth that align with your skills, passions, and interests.
As a fast-growing company, it is strategically important for us to make an organization that is scalable, sustainable, and resilient to changes over time. Find out how you can flourish in your career, whether it’s via climbing the vertical ladder or exploring new horizons through lateral growth.
3-way career path
HTEC employees can progress along three separate tracks: individual contributors, team or technology leadership, and management.
01. Individual contributor path
This path offers advancement from intern to senior business function and software engineering roles, as well as software and solution architecture roles—from associate to principal architects.
In this path, you will work with cutting-edge technologies and business capabilities and can grow alongside subject matter experts from different industries, including transportation and automotive, health tech, retail, real estate, finance and insurance, green energy, media and entertainment, telco, and more.
02. Team or technology leadership path
This path offers progression from associate to senior team or technical leadership roles for those who want to specialize in one or more technologies or business capabilities. These roles are crucial for defining technology and business strategies and ensuring the highest standards are activated across the organization.
For technical team members, this is supported by HTEC’s Tech Excellence Office, a dedicated team of senior technology experts of various specialties: AI, data, cloud and infrastructure, solutions architecture, quality management, SecOps, DevOps, and research and development.
03. Management path
This path includes roles that are vital for the end-to-end management of business functions or client product delivery while ensuring that projects/programs are developed and implemented successfully, in line with HTEC’s standards and processes.
Management roles are also essential for building strong business and engineering teams. These roles range from team lead to manager to director, allowing employees to continuously grow both tactical expertise and leadership skills.
