Numbering more than 300 people, our Banja Luka office team finds time for everything. From knowledge-sharing sessions to support the local tech community to organizing chess, ping-pong, go-karting leagues, and awesome barbeques — this team enjoys spending time together in and out of the office. When you enter the HTEC Banja Luka office, you will notice different groups engaged in various activities. You can see deeply focused engineers working with some interesting hardware, chips, measurement equipment, and a lot of screens in front of them. In another office, you will see people standing next to the whiteboard, drawing some boxes and lines, laughing from time to time, and waving with their hands, trying to transform intangible software solutions into something material. Some of these chats happen in the kitchen while someone is over-engineering the process of making a perfect espresso —the best one you’ll ever try. But the best view you will find on Friday afternoon is a group of people grabbing a drink and sharing their wisdom about anything and everything. Ping-pong, chess, FC24, quizzes, or board games — no topic is off limits.
