During his four-year tenure as Payoneer’s Chief Operating Officer, Arnon led global operational transformation, driving strategy and execution across Customer Journey, Risk, Program Management, and Professional Services. Managing a global team of 800+, he successfully implemented scalable processes that improved unit economics by 25%, cut handling time by over 50%, and reduced the OPEX-to-revenue ratio by 20%, while ensuring regulatory compliance and premium service.
Earlier in his career, he served as General Manager at Microsoft, leading $3B in strategic device partnerships with global suppliers including Foxconn, Samsung, Toshiba, SK Hynix, TI, Broadcom, Marvell, and Qualcomm. During his Microsoft tenure, Arnon also helped shape the technology strategy and was an executive member of product launch teams for Xbox, Surface, HoloLens, and Lumia devices.
