Jeff is a seasoned executive currently serving as the Chief Information Officer (CIO) at Teva Pharmaceuticals. At Teva, he oversees the company’s technology systems in 60 countries and partners
with leaders across the company to use technology, data, and AI to drive innovation and growth for better patient health.
Before Teva, he held executive positions at Accenture, Wyeth Pharmaceuticals, and Pfizer with global management responsibility in functions including digital, information technology, commercial, manufacturing, and supply chain
Jeff has an extensive track record of building high performing organizations and leading global, technology-driven transformations with material business impact in Fortune 500 companies. His expertise extends across the pharmaceutical value chain, including commercial, manufacturing, supply chain, R&D, and acquisitions and divestitures.
Jeff’s experience includes leading digital manufacturing and supply chain transformations for top-tier operations and launching innovative digital health solutions for healthcare providers and patients. He has also directed global enterprise resource planning (ERP) programs to drive operational excellence, generating hundreds of millions of dollars in value. Jeff also established a Center for Digital Innovation to deliver innovation at scale, and oversaw the technology work for multi-billion-dollar acquisitions and divestitures.
Jeff earned his Bachelor of Science in Engineering from the University of Buffalo and his MBA from the University of Buffalo School of Management. He also serves on the Temple University MIS Advisory Board.
