HTEC’s Tech Excellence Office (TEO) gathers the firm’s most seasoned technology experts with specialized industry knowledge, top-shelf engineering skills, and deep tech expertise. This team provides premium services to ensure the highest technology standards are consistently applied to develop cutting-edge solutions.
TEO supports HTEC’s internal teams and external customers with services including system design, cloud and infrastructure solutions, technology due diligence, cybersecurity, and data and AI solutions.

Artificial Intelligence
The HTEC AI competency center solves key challenges using artificial intelligence solutions for internal teams and on client projects. The team works across several areas: delivery support, R&D, AI strategy, AI adoption, and governance and ethical AI.
They drive AI literacy and thought leadership while developing and testing new prototypes, many of which are integrated into the HTEC AI platform and StepFrame AI framework, ensuring that AI innovation remains at the core of our solutions and services.
Cloud Engineering
TEO’s Cloud Engineering team is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining cloud computing environments. They integrate virtual resources, software, and networks to ensure the system aligns with well-architected frameworks, focusing on virtualization, resource management, and performance optimization within physical data centers. The team offers services to help you optimize, secure, and implement cloud solutions.
Data Solutions
The Data Solutions team forms the foundation of HTEC’s data strategy, internally and on client projects. They are committed to establishing best practices, guidelines, and frameworks to support seamless data solutions development and delivery. This includes understanding, identifying, scoping, designing, delivering, and evolving solutions, all to enhance your company’s analytics capabilities.
IT Support
IT Support provides comprehensive technical assistance for HTEC employees to minimize workday disruptions and enhance productivity. The team handles hardware and software procurement, maintenance, and troubleshooting, manages cloud services, oversees networking, conducts security audits, and implements security measures in line with company policies. This ensures a smooth and secure technical environment for our customers.
SecOps Engineering
The SecOps Engineering competency center monitors and secures HTEC’s digital environment and provides cybersecurity services to clients. This competency center consists of two units: the Red Team, which conducts penetration tests, and the Blue Team, which manages the Security Operations Center. The engineers are certified and skilled in identifying issues and providing actionable remediation recommendations.
Solution Architecture
The Solution Architecture team specializes in architecture design, technology consulting, and solution delivery. In addition to emerging technology applications, their expertise includes aligning solutions with specific business objectives and delivering proven, transformative results that ensure market competitiveness and a strong ROI.
Tech Excellence Engineers
The Tech Excellence Engineers competency center specializes in application architecture and delivering complex technical software solutions. Comprised of senior engineers, they spread tech excellence by embracing new technologies and frameworks. The team offers a comprehensive suite of services, empowering HTEC delivery teams to engineer and architect best-in-class digital solutions.
Quality Management
The Quality Management team continuously improves HTEC’s operational and development processes to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality solutions on client projects. Through the team’s Quality Management System (QMS), they document policies, processes, and procedures to meet quality standards, regulatory requirements, and customer expectations while optimizing process efficiency. HTEC’s Quality First initiative embodies this commitment, integrating best-practice guidelines for systems, products, and methodologies across all client interactions.
