Chris Cox is an accomplished technology executive with extensive experience leading digital transformation and financial services initiatives across top organizations. He currently serves as the Chief Technology and Digital Officer at Keller Williams Realty International (KWRI), overseeing product management, design, data, corporate development, and KW Labs innovation.
Before joining Keller Williams, Chris was a partner at Bain & Company, focusing on financial services, digital transformation, technology strategy, and advanced analytics.
His career includes digital leadership roles at USAA, where he served as Chief Digital Officer; Regions Financial Corporation, where he spearheaded customer-focused technology improvements; Wells Fargo, where he drove technology modernization efforts; and KPMG, where he advised clients on digital strategies.
With a track record of aligning business objectives with technology investments, Chris excels at optimizing operations and enhancing customer experiences. He has a history of building high-performing teams and fostering a culture of continuous innovation.
Chris holds a Master of Public Policy degree from Georgetown University, an MBA from the University of Houston, and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Texas at Austin. His diverse background in technology, finance, and strategic consulting enables him to bring a unique perspective to the real estate industry’s digital transformation.
