The partnership details: Under the engagement, the two companies will work on Telness Tech’s proprietary cloud-based, end-to-end solution for mobile virtual network operators (MVNOs). The solution will also offer comprehensive operations and business support system (OSS/BSS) capabilities. HTEC will provide additional engineering expertise to support Telness in:
- Platform deployment and customization.
- User migration from legacy platforms.
- Development of business-to-consumer (B2C) applications.
- Building an abstraction layer for easier integrations.
Innovating connectivity: With HTEC’s support, the comprehensive platform will streamline and automate service deployment and management for MVNOs. This work will support Telness Tech’s plans to improve the user experience while reducing operational costs and driving growth for its customer base.
