HTEC AI Enablement program Goran Savic

HTEC launched a company-wide artificial intelligence (AI) enablement program to equip its global workforce with fundamental and highly technical AI capabilities, ensuring continuous education in the field.

Why it matters: With the rapid adoption of AI-powered tools and solutions, AI literacy is crucial for HTEC to continue leading digital transformations for its customers across industries and domains. The enablement program will help HTEC achieve three key goals:

  • Empower HTEC’s internal teams to apply basic and advanced AI expertise to their work for greater productivity and efficiency.
  • Equip employees with skills to recognize opportunities to leverage AI tools and solutions in client partnerships.
  • Assure clients that they can rely on a skilled team to help them build next-gen AI solutions.

Program details: The AI enablement program aims to achieve 100% AI literacy across HTEC’s global workforce within one year.

  • The program’s learning path, led by the HTEC AI Center of Excellence, is based on the collective knowledge of technology domain experts gathered from credible and verified internal and external sources.
  • The program’s educational content evolves continuously, with ongoing development and evaluation relying on user feedback and status assessments.

How it is structured: The program is designed with two levels of literacy for three types of users: non-engineers, non-AI engineers, and AI engineers.

  • Level 1 — AI Literacy: Basic AI training for administrative and non-engineering staff.
  • Level 2 — AI Advanced: Technical guidance tailored to each engineer’s role.
