Currently serving as the head of strategy at xMentium, a pioneering artificial intelligence (AI) company, Bill spearheads initiatives that push the boundaries of AI.  

An expert in mixed-signal integrated circuit (IC) development, open-source technology, and information technology, Bill has driven innovation in the semiconductor and electronic design automation market, with notable roles as a senior vice president, general manager, and corporate officer at firms such as Cadence and CTT. Also, as founding CEO of CollabNet, he is credited with building the first company to commercialize software development in the cloud.

Bill is also a recipient of the prestigious Davos Technology Pioneer Award from the World Economic Forum for contributions to cloud computing, DevOps, and open-source technology.

He is based in Los Altos, California.
